Guidelines for a perfect experience

Facilities:

We have 4 standard treatment rooms, 1 Jacuzzi couples room with atrium, 1 wet room with Vichy shower and 2 nail enhancement areas.

Refreshments:

Coffee, tea and herbal teas as well as fresh juice or mineral water will be provided. There is full spa menu that can be ordered and the cost added to your account.

Skincare:

Samples will only be prescribed on completion of a full consultation and a Dermalogica face mapping session with a therapist.

Hygiene:

Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us

Medical Conditions:

Please advise us of any medical conditions you may have, we cannot be held responsible for non disclosure of medical conditions.

Reservations:

We recommend all spa treatments and services are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Treatments may be purchased individually or as a package.

Etiquette:

To ensure that you relax and gain maximum benefit from your treatment and for the mutual respect to fellow clients, we request that noise is kept to the minimum and cell phones are switched off and that small children do not accompany you.

Group bookings:

Please allow additional booking time for group or corporate bookings for us to accommodate you.
We will create and individual treatment package for you to accommodate your needs, time and budget. A spa food menu is also available for pre-booking.

Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 3 months from date of issue. It is necessary to book 3 weeks prior to expiry to avoid disappointment.
 
Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your treatments and 15 min prior to a 1st time booking to allow for a full consultation

Payments:

We accept cash, debit cards, visa and master card and internet transfers.
Direct deposits will be accepted prior to treatment
Group bookings require a 50% deposit
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy:

Treatment services, packages and products are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable once purchased.

Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00                   
Sunday: 09:00 - 14:00 on requests only

Cancellation / Rescheduling

We respectively request you please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of appointments or rescheduling, as the therapist has been especially scheduled to you.
Appointments booked and paid for in advance or with a voucher may only be
re-scheduled once and only if cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the treatment, or the treatment will be forfeited.

Collection of clients can be arranged at additional cost
We specialise in groups as in corporate, bridal showers, kitchen teas, teenage pamper parties, Botox parties.
